Delivery information

Transport
Shipments are delivered by courier service, GLS courier service.
Packages will be delivered on business days between 8am and 5pm. If you are not at home during this period, it is advisable to provide a business address (if possible) as your delivery address. The courier service will attempt to deliver twice.

Shipping methods:
We provide you with the opportunity to pick it up in person at our presentation store at a pre-arranged time. Please do not come for the product until you have received the order fulfillment email. 
In case of credit card payment - with GLS courier service: HUF 1,500
In case of advance payment - with GLS courier service: 1500 HUF
In case of cash on delivery - with GLS courier service: HUF 2,200
Delivery over HUF 20,000 is free of charge.

Personal collection points: Allee Shopping Center - 1st floor.

Withdrawal from delivery
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. Similarly, if the contract for the provision of the service has commenced, you have the right to terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal / termination, you must send a clear statement of your intention to withdraw / terminate (for example, by post, e-mail) to the following address: 1089 Budapest, Vajda Péter utca 43 / a ground floor 6. (45/2014. ( II. 26.) Government Decree)
